ESTHER
PRESIDENT

Esther is a youth leader passionate about gender, digital literacy, and grassroots advocacy. She is founder of the SAFIGI Outreach Foundation and President of Digital Grassroots.
She is also a 2019 IFF Community Development fellow, a 2019 Engineers Without Borders Canada Kumvana fellow, a Mozilla Open Leader, an Internet Society 2017 Youth@IGF fellow, an open knowledge advocate, and a champion for capacity building of youth and girls.
Esther graduated summa cum laude in multimedia journalism, and is a contributor on Impakter.com and Africa.com. She is an emerging African writer, working on her debut fantasy novel and does photography in her free time.

UFFA
VICE PRESIDENT

Uffa Modey is the Co-Founder & Vice President of Digital Grassroots. She is also the Community Outreach Coordinator at Eko-Konnect Research and Education Initiative and an advocate for youth leadership. She is the creative thinker coordinating the Nigerian Youth Internet Governance Forum and was selected as an ISOC Youth@IGF fellow in 2016 & 2017. She is also a 2018 AfriNIC fellow and the Chair of the Stakeholder Engagement and Member Development working group in ISOC Nigeria chapter. 
Uffa obtained her B.Eng in Electrical & Electronics Engineering in 2015 from University if Benin, Nigeria. Her areas of interest includes physical computing, community networks, and internet governance. 
She is passionate about capacity building for young people from underrepresented communities to enable them access the resources they require to become technology industry leaders globally and ultimately bridge the digital divide in ICT. 
She is a 2018 ISOC Youth@IGF online course moderator, a volunteer at Strong Enough Girls Empowerment Initiative, one of the Nsesa Foundation STEM Women of the Week and a member of various youth initiatives.

NOHA
PROGRAM DIRECTOR

Noha Ashraf was born & raised in Cairo, Egypt. She graduated in 2014 with a Bsc. in Communication Systems Engineering from Ain Shams University. Noha joined many student organizations during college years and played different roles like being an Intern in The Employability & Career Development Center in her faculty. After graduation, she joined reputable corporates like Microsoft and Orange and finally landed a role in Dell EMC where she currently works in Data Storage as a Senior Analyst.
Her passion to work with young people continues as she is actively involved in the Academic Alliance Committee at Dell EMC which aims to introduce both professors and students to the new technologies, besides, she volunteered to facilitate Entrepreneurship classes to middle school students.
She is also passionate about empowering women in her society especially women in workforce by breaking taboos. Noha Ashraf was selected by the Internet Society to attend IGF 2017 as part of Youth @ IGF fellowship where she gained a huge knowledge in Internet Governance and created a respectable network.

ADISA
FINANCE DIRECTOR

Adisa Bolutife is an Open Access Advocate from Nigeria, the Co-founder at Open Switch Africa, OpenCon2017 Alumni and 2017 Youth@IGF Fellow. He is an Electrical and Electronics engineer who is passionate about Open Access, Internet Governance, and the Science and Technology Space in General. He is a co-founder at Digital Grassroots, and formerly served as Program Director before being elected as Finance Director.

EILEEN
COMMUNICATIONS DIRECTOR

Eileen Cejas is a criminal lawyer from Argentina. She is interested in cyber crime, digital divide, local languages and gender equality. 
Internet has been essential in her world since she was just a child, so she is always keen on learning more about global Internet issues. In 2018 she attended some keys events such as LACIGF, IGF Argentina and was a fellow of ARGENSIG, the Argentinian version of SSIGLAC.
She started out as a Digital Grassroots Ambassador, then became a Team Leader  in Communications and now serves on the DIGRA Executive Board as the newly elected Communications Director, so DIGRA feels like a home to her.
Eileen is very fond of volunteering and interested in the human interaction, therefore you can find her creating bonds with people. She is also volunteer at Save D Future Initiative, a Nigerian NGO dedicated to prevent teenagers and youth from falling into drug abuse, drinking under age and cyber crime.

HARSH
RESEARCH DIRECTOR

Harsh Ghildiyal works in the development sector in India. He grew up fascinated by the Internet and is passionate about using it as a tool of social upliftment, and keeping it free and open. He was selected by Internet Society to attend the Internet Governance Forum 2018 as a Youth@IGF fellow, and continues to work on multiple projects attempting to shape the future of the Internet. He joined Digital Grassroots as an Ambassador, then went on to be selected as Research Team Lead, and now serves as the newly elected Research Director.
